NDSU's Emergency Management Program is delighted to announce that Lucien G. Canton, author of Emergency Management: Concepts and Strategies for Effective Programs, will be presenting a seminar course May 19-23, 2008 as a part of our Distinguised Professor Seminar Series. Mr. Canton has over 30 years experience in hazard and risk analysis, loss reduction, and emergency planning (read biography).
